Senior Front End Developer

We are offering an immediate opening for a Senior Front End Developer based in our Sofia office. The vacancy is ideal for a strong creative capability both conceptually and in the development process. The right candidate must have strong knowledge of web programming techniques with a keen eye for details and high standards for design, code quality, and efficiency. You must have commercial awareness, be able to work as part of a team and be able to communicate at all levels as well across all functions. We need someone who can take ownership of entire features, quickly shift gears between projects, and never have any trouble finding more work to do.

** YOUR MAIN DUTIES:
- Work closely with designers and development team for technical build-out with visual and content dynamics for websites and landing pages that emphasize usability and best practices
- Manage the delivery of multiple complex simultaneous development projects from design through to release
- Provide ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting of the interface code when bugs and/or errors are encountered
- Stay abreast of industry issues, trends and inventory solutions, and recommend improvements to the management and development team
- Provide technical leadership to junior team members through coaching and mentorship

** YOUR ATTRIBUTES:
1. Language & Communication
- Fluency in English is required for verbal and written communication

2. Technical Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in front-end web development
- Strong proficiency in: HTML, CSS, JavaScript and ReactJS/NextJS and TypeScript or Dart
- Experience converting designs from Figma, Zeplin, or Photoshop (PS) into functional UI components
- Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility and responsive web design
- Experience with API integration and validating API responses through testing
- Familiarity with unit testing using modern testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Mocha, etc.)

* Nice to Have
- Experience with Flutter is a plus

3. Testing & Quality
- Ability to write and maintain unit tests to ensure component-level quality and reduce regressions

4. Team & Process
- Experience working within Agile development teams following Scrum methodologies
- Ability to lead and mentor junior front-end developers, including code reviews and technical guidance
- Strong organizational skills with attention to details
- Ability to take initiative and work independently, with minimal supervision when needed
