Customer Representative with the German language

Main responsibilities:

Use effective techniques to qualify and manage clients via phone while attracting new customers through exceptional service.

Requirements for the role:

- Proficiency in German and English /B2+/ is required;
- Background in customer support or phone sales;
- Confidence and skill in managing client interactions effectively;
- Excellent communication skills, ability;
- Goal-driven with a focus on achieving individual and team objectives;
